I work for a new hospital that opened in August 2002 and used MEDSTAFF to do the initial credentialing of all of my medical staff and allied health professionals. We have been open two years now and I have been using MEDSTAFF for the recredentialing process and have been just as pleased. There are multiple features of MEDSTAFF that I use on a daily basis. One feature I especially like is the ability to write reports. Although MEDSTAFF has numerous reports already created, I am able to easily create my own reports by selecting and dragging fields into the reports. They are customer friendly and always respond to my requests in a timely manner although I rarely have to call them for anything.
